目的:了解上海师范大学体育学研究生膳食营养状况,为体育学研究生营养健康教育提供依据。方法:采用 24h 回顾法,对 90 名学生进行连续 7d 膳食调查。结果表明:男、女生膳食结构不合理;男、女生钙、铁、锌、核黄素、抗坏血酸低于推荐摄入量(RNIs)标准;奶豆类和水果类摄入量不足。建议:调整膳食结构,改进不良膳食行为和增加膳食费用。
Objective: To understand the dietary and nutritional status of PE postgraduates in Shanghai Normal University, and to provide basis for nutrition and health education for PE postgraduates. Methods: Using a retrospective method for 24 hours, 90 students were investigated for continuous diet for 7 days. The results showed that the dietary structure of boys and girls was unreasonable. The levels of calcium, iron, zinc, riboflavin and ascorbic acid were below the recommended intake (RNIs) for males and females, while the intakes of milk beans and fruits were insufficient. Recommendation: Adjust dietary patterns, improve poor dietary behaviors and increase dietary costs.
