目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床价值。方法在108例乳腺癌改良根治术中完整保留肋间臂神经79例,切除肋间臂神经29例。术后对108例患者上臂内侧感觉功能进行随访观察。结果108例患者在随访第l、3、12、24个月期间局部均未发现复发、转移。保留肋间臂神经79例中术后患侧上臂内侧及腋部皮肤感觉正常67例(84.8%),感觉异常12例(15.2%),而切除肋间臂神经的29例患者均有感觉异常。结论在乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋问臂神经可明显降低术后患侧上臂内侧感觉障碍的发生率,有助于提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of preserving intercostobrachial nerve in radical mastectomy of breast cancer. Methods A total of 79 cases of intercostobrachial nerve were preserved in 108 cases of modified radical mastectomy and 29 cases of intercostobrachial nerve were excised. Postoperative 108 patients with upper arm medial sensory function were followed up. Results 108 cases of patients in the follow-up l, 3,12,24 months did not find any local recurrence, metastasis. Among the 79 patients with intercostobrachial nerve, 67 cases (84.8%) had sensory abnormality in the medial upper arm and axillary skin, 12 cases (15.2%) had sensory abnormality, while 29 cases with intercostobrachial nerve had sensory abnormality . CONCLUSION: The preservation of the interlobular brachiocephalic nerve during radical mastectomy of breast cancer can significantly reduce the incidence of medial upper arm sensory disturbance and improve the quality of life of patients.
