中国人对《国家与革命》的态度,以20世纪90年代中期为界,分为两个阶段:从20世纪80年代到90年代中期为第一个阶段,这是《国家与革命》在中国由热而冷的阶段;自20世纪90年代中期开始到现在为第二个阶段,这是《国家与革命》在中国由冷而思的阶段。这两个阶段的形成和特点是由两个原因造成的:一个原因是中国学者研究中国改革的问题发生了变化,即从革命问题到社会主义经济建设问题,再到政治和意识形态问题的变化;另一个原因是中国学者解读《国家与革命》的哲学观念发生了变化,即从革命—国家解读模式到国家—法治解读模式,再到革命—国家—法治的总体性解读模式的观念变化。
