塑料类土工膜接缝拼合采用热楔式熔焊 ,具有热效率高、受外界气候条件影响小、焊接速度快等优点 ,目前热楔式焊机已成为土工膜防渗施工的首选拼合设备 .笔者参与了自行进热楔式焊机的研制 .研究了热楔式土工膜焊机的焊接工艺 ,提出焊机作业时热楔的工作温度宜控制在土工膜料的熔融温度和分解温度之间 .由传热学理论推导出焊机的最佳焊接速度与焊接温度的关系式 ,即 v=[(Th-T0 ) /C] 2 ,并进行了室内试验验证 .理论分析和试验结果都表明 ,对应于某个特定的焊接温度 ,存在相应的最佳焊接速度或速度区间 .
