面对95后高职院校学生的新学情,作为高职院校思想政治教育工作一线力量的辅导员,为了适应新形势下高职学生的思想政治教育工作,需不断创新工作方式方法。本文论述了焦点解决模式的内涵、理念与基本技术,从焦点解决模式在高职院校辅导员工作中应用的可行性为切入点,将焦点解决模式应用于高职院校辅导员工作中。经过一年的实践应用,初见成效,既满足了新时代学生不断发展的心理需求,又增强了辅导员开展学生思想政治教育工作的实效性,同时也提高了辅导员的职业能力,可以在高职院校辅导员工作中推广应用。
