为了建立麻杏石甘散超微粉中盐酸麻黄碱及盐酸伪麻黄碱含量的测定方法,试验采用C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.2%磷酸-三乙胺(4∶96∶0.2)为流动相,流速为1 m L/min,检测波长为207 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL的进行测定。结果表明:盐酸麻黄碱及盐酸伪麻黄碱的线性范围分别为34.44~258.30μg、33.92~254.40μg,平均回收率分别为100.33%[n=6,相对标准偏差(RSD)=0.82%]、100.73%(n=6,RSD=0.90%)。该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于麻杏石甘散超微粉的质量控制。
In order to establish the method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Maxingshikan superfine powder, C18 column (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid-triethylamine (4:96:0.2 ) As the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL / min, a detection wavelength of 207 nm, a column temperature of 30 ℃, and an injection volume of 20 μL. The results showed that the linear ranges of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were 34.44 ~ 258.30μg and 33.92 ~ 254.40μg, with the average recoveries of 100.33% [n = 6, RSD = 0.82%] and 100.73%, respectively n = 6, RSD = 0.90%). The method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used for the quality control of Maxing Shekan powder.
