1 资料与方法 1.1 60例患者均符合WHO制定的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期高血压的诊断标准,排除继发性高血压、恶性高血压和急进性高血压、心肝肾功能不全病例。随机分成两组,治疗组30例,年龄42～72岁,病程3个月～25年:对照组30例,年龄44～75岁,病程2.5个月～33年。治疗组平均年龄59.2岁,对照组平均年龄58.6岁,两组男女之比均为2:1。 1.2 给药方法:治疗组口服硝苯吡啶及复方丹参片,对照组只服硝苯吡啶片。硝苯吡啶片(商品名心痛定)用法每日3次,每次1片(10mg),复方丹参片由丹参、三七浸膏、冰片组成。治疗6周后做相关
1 Materials and Methods 1.1 60 patients are in line with WHO developed Ⅰ, Ⅱ hypertension diagnostic criteria to rule out secondary hypertension, malignant hypertension and acute hypertension, heart, liver and kidney dysfunction cases. Randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 30 cases, aged 42 to 72 years, duration of 3 months to 25 years: the control group of 30 patients, aged 44 to 75 years, duration of 2.5 months to 33 years.
