在弱还原性气氛下,用高温固相法制备出了1种亮度高、余辉时间长的新的长余辉发光材料Y2O2S∶Lu3+,并对其结构及性能进行了表征。结果表明:该发光材料在480nm处有一宽带发射,最大激发峰位于254nm,并在约330K处有较强的热释发光。通过分析,初步认为是由于Lu3+的掺入使Y2O2S基质固有的阴离子缺陷加深从而导致发光。
A new long-lasting phosphor Y2O2S:Lu3 + with high brightness and long afterglow time was prepared by high-temperature solid-state reaction in a weak reductive atmosphere. The structure and properties of the long-lasting phosphor Y2O2S: Lu3 + were also characterized. The results show that the luminescent material has a broadband emission at 480nm, the maximum excitation peak is at 254nm and the strong luminescence at 330K. Through the analysis, it is preliminarily thought that due to the incorporation of Lu3 +, the inherent anion defects of Y2O2S matrix deepen and lead to light emission.
