利用电导法测定龙香×早酥等三个杂交组合杂种后代的抗寒性,通过生物统计学方法研究杂种后代电解质渗出率综合平均值R的分布规律.结果表明:梨抗寒性是多基因控制的数量性状,杂种后代趋中变异,平均抗寒水平介于双亲之间,但有超亲植株出现.
The cold resistance of hybrid progenies such as Longxiang × Shuxu was determined by conductivity method and the distribution law of the integrated average R of the electrolyte exudation rate of hybrid offspring was studied by biostatistics. The results showed that cold resistance of pears was a quantitative trait controlled by multiple genes, and the offspring of hybrids tended to vary. The average cold resistance level was between parents, but super-progeny plants appeared.
