目的观察3.2mm切口行白内障超声乳化摘除及折叠式人工晶体的临床疗效。方法对108眼白内障行单一垂直刻蚀技术,辅以切劈技术,并植入折叠式人工晶体。结果术后第一天视力≥0.5占53.12%,第一周全部病例≥0.5,其中≥1.0占46.87%。结论3.2mm切口可以使手术引起的散光减低到最小限度,术后视力迅速恢复。单一垂直刻蚀技术,辅以切劈技术,其平均超声能量比四分法低,术后反应小,恢复快。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens in 3.2mm incision. Methods A total of 108 eyes of cataract were treated with a single vertical etching technique combined with chopping technique and implanted foldable intraocular lens. Results Visual acuity ≥0.5 accounted for 53.12% on the first postoperative day, all cases ≥0.5 in the first week, of which ≥1.0 accounted for 46.87%. Conclusion 3.2mm incision can reduce astigmatism caused by surgery to minimize the postoperative visual acuity recovered quickly. Single vertical etching technology, combined with chopping technology, the average ultrasonic energy than the low quarters, postoperative response is small, faster recovery.
