当前由于竞争愈来愈激烈,工作压力逐渐增大,人们的思想承受着巨大的外界冲击力。一方面企业思想政治工作者感慨,员工的思想政治工作难度逐渐增大;而另一方面许多员工却感叹自己心理承受着巨大的负荷,很多问题都没有办法得到纾解。针对这种矛盾现象,本文就如何从“以人为本”入手开展企业思想政治工作,注重员工的心理疏导,分析心理疏导的引入对于企业思想政治工作顺利开展的意义。
At present, due to increasingly fierce competition, work pressure is gradually increasing, and people’s minds bear a huge external impact. On the one hand, the ideological and political workers in the company feel that the difficulty of ideological and political work of employees has gradually increased; and on the other hand, many employees have lamented that their psychology is under tremendous burden and many problems can not be relieved. In view of this contradictory phenomenon, this paper starts from carrying out ideological and political work in enterprises from the perspective of “people-oriented”, pays attention to the psychological counseling of employees, and analyzes the significance of the introduction of psychological counseling to the smooth development of ideological and political work in enterprises.
