对于商业企业而言,顾客就是上帝。在激烈的市场竞争中,顾客是最公正的评判员,企业的生杀大权掌握在顾客手中,如果顾客拒绝购买某企业的商品,那么这个企业就要倒闭。一个企业能否兴旺发达,关键要看能否得到“上帝”的青睐。商业企业要生存和发展,就必须千方百计地与顾客保持良好的关系,在顾客心目中树立起良好的形象,争取顾客的理解、信任、支持与合作,从而吸引更多的顾客。因此,与“上帝”搞好
For a business enterprise, the customer is God. In the fierce market competition, the customer is the most just appraiser, the company’s right to kill and control is in the hands of the customer. If the customer refuses to buy the product of a company, then the company will close down. The key to whether a business can thrive depends on whether it can be won by God. In order to survive and develop, business enterprises must do everything possible to maintain a good relationship with customers, establish a good image in the minds of customers, and strive for customer understanding, trust, support and cooperation to attract more customers.
