自2015年12月召开中央经济会议后,进一步明确了2016年的工作重心,去库存成为2016年的五个主要的任务之一。在此背景下,国家出台相应措施和政策,扩大新型消费、消化房地产库存,支持房地产企业将库存的商业地产改造为租赁住宅。文章将以长春市为例,对写字楼改造的可行性进行分析,进而探讨空间、环境、停车及安全问题,就城市写字楼居住化改造进行策略研究。
After the Central Economic Conference was held in December 2015, the focus of the work in 2016 was further clarified. Stock removal became one of five major tasks for 2016. In this context, the state promulgated the corresponding measures and policies to expand new consumption, digest real estate inventory, support for real estate business will be converted into commercial real estate rental housing. The article will take Changchun as an example to analyze the feasibility of office building renovation, and then explore the space, environment, parking and safety issues, and conduct strategic research on the residential transformation of urban office buildings.
