用15个遗传性状不同的甘蓝型油菜品种(系)作母本,用安阳苤蓝为父本进行杂交。从杂交角果的脱落规律和杂交结实性研究了不同地理来源的母本基因型对甘蓝型油菜×甘蓝杂交亲和性的影响。结果表明,15个杂交组合的杂交角果脱落高峰是:授粉后10~15天和授粉后35~50天。在两个高峰期内不同杂交组合的杂交角果脱落率不同,母本基因型之间的差异达到了显若和极显著程度。不同杂交组
Fifteen different Brassica napus cultivars (lines) with different genetic traits were used as female parents and Anyang Bluegrass as male parent. The effects of maternal genotypes from different geographical origins on the compatibility of cross between Brassica napus × Brassica campestris were studied from the law of detachment and the seed setting of hybrids. The results showed that the peak of off - peaked hybrid cotyledons in 15 cross combinations was 10-15 days after pollination and 35-50 days after pollination.
