在临床初步证实肾炎灵对慢性肾炎具有明显治疗作用的基础上,经过采用嘌岭霉素肾病大鼠动物模型,对肾炎灵颗粒剂的治疗作用进行了进一步实验研究。结果发现肾炎灵颗粒剂可明显降低实验动物的尿蛋白定量,降低血胆固醇及甘油三酯含量,减轻肾脏组织病理损害。表明肾炎灵颗粒剂具有显著的改善肾脏组织病变的作用。
After the preliminary clinical confirmation of nephritis has a significant therapeutic effect on chronic nephritis, a further experimental study was conducted on the therapeutic effect of nephritis granules on a rat model of pyamine-induced nephropathy. The results showed that nephritis granules can significantly reduce the urine protein in laboratory animals, reduce blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and reduce renal tissue pathological damage. It is shown that nephritis granules have a significant effect on improving renal tissue lesions.
