做血清蛋白醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳实验时,在电泳结束后,要将薄膜进行染色和漂洗,然后再将薄膜透明。薄膜放在透明液中适当时间后,取出平贴于玻璃板上,待膜干燥后,发现此膜不易从玻璃板上取下。因为在揭取的过程中.很容易使膜皱缩或把膜撕破。自来水的冲力容易使膜变形,而且往往使已经透明的薄膜变得模糊。经过多次反复的实践,发现只要将贴有膜的玻璃板置于电冰箱的冷藏室中2分钟左右,取出,用单面刀片将膜的一端挑起,即可很容易地将膜从玻璃板上揭下,揭下的膜不皱,不裂,非常平整光亮,适于长期保存或作定量扫描用。
