以长定子直线同步电机驱动的磁悬浮试验线为基础,介绍了该试验线上运行车辆的设计工作.详细介绍了试验车辆的底盘和车身的设计要求、材料和结构组成.通过应用Unigraphics三维计算机辅助设计和辅助制造软件,使设计结果有良好的可视性.针对车辆中的关键部件——悬浮臂,使用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行了力学性能分析,分析结果证明了设计符合使用要求.通过对该部件样品的力学性能测试,验证了分析结果的正确性.最后给出了制造成形的试验车辆底盘外形照片.
Based on the magnetic levitation test line driven by long stator linear synchronous motor, the design work of the vehicle running on the test line is introduced.The design requirements, materials and structure of the chassis and body of the test vehicle are introduced in detail.Through the application of Unigraphics three-dimensional computer aided Design and assist manufacturing software to make the design results have good visibility.For the key component in the vehicle - suspension arm, using ANSYS finite element analysis software for mechanical properties analysis, the results show that the design meets the requirements. The mechanical property test of this part sample verifies the correctness of the analysis results.Finally, the picture of chassis shape of the fabricated test vehicle is given.
