学校后勤工作是学校管理的重要内容之一,而学校餐厅则是学校后勤工作的重点、学生的第二个家。那么餐厅管理的好坏直接关系着学校的生存发展。崇文中学针对该校是全县唯一一所封闭式全寄宿制的特点,更是对于学生的饮食问题始终高度重视,为规范学校餐厅管理,确保师生伙食质量,结合该校实际情况,经过一年的努力,终于摸索一套行之有效的“四心”营养餐模式:
