山西省太原市晋源区是太原市六城区之一,著名的清太徐抗日政府旧址就位于该区姚村镇杜里坪村,历来有着拥军优属的光荣传统。晋源区武委会主任、区长尤天拴坚持把武装工作与经济社会发展统筹谋划、协调推进,始终如一关心国防建设,为驻地部队建设倾真情、办实事、解难题,真正做到了关心武装、支持武装、建设武装,受到官兵的好评。去年,晋源区被上级表彰为“双拥共建先进集体”;晋源区人武部连续6年被上级军事机关表彰为“军事训练先进单位”、“落实战备工作先进单位”、“年度征兵工作先进单位”。
