长期以来,“语言清晰度”一直是体育场馆扩声系统工程设计的难题,随着一部分奥运场馆在奥运会结束后逐步将职能转向为社会和大众健身服务,场馆内的设施也得到了更加充分的利用。然而,目前场馆内的很多系统已经跟不上时代的步伐,多数场馆内的扩声系统存在“听不清”的问题。针对目前扩声系统资金投入不断增多,但场馆实际扩声清晰度提高不明显、国家还没有规定使用仪器测量扩声清晰度的技术标准、国内的工程商缺乏扩声清晰度的技术理论与方法等现状,主办方希望通过专业技术研讨,交流经验,在建声环境恶劣的条件下,通过电声技术达到理想的扩声清晰度。
