在众多心理素质中,自信心的培养显得尤其重要。有研究表明:个体的心理定势在成才过程中起着重要的作用。因此我为学业成绩差的小学生心理健康,提出了以下建议。一、学校教育第一,改变以往的评分规则学业成绩在小学生的自我评价系统中占中心地位,他们的自信往往与学校的评分有一定的关系。因此教师对学业成绩差的小学生要尽量避免打不及格的分数,应帮助他们解决疑难之后再给予评分。苏联著名的教育家苏霍姆林斯基就从来不给学生打不及格分数,他认为不打不及格分数有助于培养学业成绩差的小学生的自信,而自信又可以帮助他们取得成功。教师也可以通过等级评分评定小学生学业成绩。
