上学年我区小学开展了“三级三课”(即校级研究课、片级汇报课、区级展示课)活动,围绕“主体教育”,对启发式和讨论式教学方法进行了专题研究。在研究的过程中,我们感受最深的是,要运用启发式、讨论式教学方法,深化课堂教学的改革,教师的教育思想、观念必须转变,学生学习方法必须再改进,能力必须再提高。与此同时,教师在以下方面要引起高度重视。一、良好的课堂氛围是前提良好师生关系是良好课堂氛围的基础,是一股巨大的教育力量,有效地运用启发式、讨论式教学方法,教师一是要善于创设民主、平等、宽松、和谐的课堂氛
