丽政办发[2012]121号市政府直属各单位:为进一步规范市直单位经营性房产出租,提高国有资产使用效益,根据《丽水市直行政事业单位国有资产管理暂行办法》,现就加强市直单位经营性房产出租管理提出如下意见:一、市直单位经营性房产出租应按照公开、公平、公正原则,进入市招标投标中心平台,由市招标投标中心以公开方式选择有资质的中介机构,以拍租、挂牌等市场化方式公开选择承租人,并按照《丽水市市直单位经营性房产拍租(挂牌)流程图》要求,简化办事程序,方便出租单位和承租人。
