目的 评价螺旋CT仿真内镜 (CTVE)对中耳解剖结构的显示能力。方法 对 10 0例健康志愿者两侧中耳进行了CTVE成像 ,观察中耳腔的解剖结构。结果 CTVE从不同角度、多方位立体地显示了中耳腔的解剖结构 ,但对表浅和细微结构显示欠佳。结论 CTVE是一种崭新的多角度立体地观察中耳腔解剖结构的非侵入性影像手段
Objective To evaluate the ability of spiral CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) to display the middle ear anatomy. Methods 10 cases of healthy volunteers on both sides of the middle ear CTVE imaging to observe the middle ear cavity anatomy. Results CTVE showed the anatomy of the middle ear cavity from different angles and in multiple directions, but showed poor performance on superficial and fine structures. Conclusions CTVE is a new non-invasive imaging method for stereotactically observing middle ear cavity anatomy
