针对当前大城市机动化交通发展产生交通拥堵和环境恶化等问题,文章结合北京大力发展城市绿色交通行动计划等背景,以朝阳区团结湖、呼家楼、六里屯和八里庄4个街道为例,通过问卷调查与访谈的方法,对居民的出行目的、行为规律和非机动交通道路使用评价进行深入调查,分析其在不同出行目的状况下的道路选择偏好、对现状道路使用后的道路形式偏好及满足本地居民行为规律的道路设施偏好,找出城市中心高人口密度区域居民偏好和非机动交通系统构建之间的相互关系,并从非机动交通线路优化、非机动交通道路重构和非机动交通设施布局3个方面提出了整体化的北京城市中心区非机动交通系统规划策略。
In view of the traffic congestion and environmental deterioration caused by the development of motorized transportation in large cities at present, this paper takes Beijing Tiguanhu, Hujialou, Liulitun and Balizhuang streets as an example, combining with the background of vigorously developing Beijing urban green transportation plan. By means of questionnaire and interviews, this paper conducts an in-depth investigation of residents’ travel purpose, behavior rules and non-motorized traffic road use evaluation, analyzes their preference of road selection under different travel destination conditions, The road facilities that satisfy the behavior of local residents are selected to find out the relationship between resident preference and non-motorized transportation system in the high population density area of urban center. From the non-motorized traffic route optimization, non-motorized traffic road reconstruction and non-motorized traffic Facilities layout of the three proposed Beijing city center of non-motorized transport system planning strategy.
