本文研究了咖啡叶片营养诊断中的采样方法——采样部位和采样时期。结果表明:(1)采样部位以树冠中层结果枝顶端倒数第二或第三对叶为宜。该部位的养分水平最接近整株树各采样部位叶子的养分平均值;一年中,该部位的养分含量波动较小。(2)采样时期以3~5月份较为合适,这一时期的养分含量变化较小,且磷、钾、镁的含量较接近全年的平均水平。
This paper studies the sampling methods of coffee leaf nutrition diagnosis - sampling site and sampling period. The results showed as follows: (1) The second or third pair of the penultimate orifices at the top of the crown was the best in the sampling site. The nutrient level in this part is the closest to the average value of the nutrients in the leaves of each sampling point of the whole plant. In a year, the nutrient content of this part fluctuates little. (2) The sampling period is more suitable from March to May. The changes of nutrient contents in this period are small, and the contents of phosphorus, potassium and magnesium are close to the average of the whole year.
