高职的非智力因素“后进生”鲜明的排他情绪和消极思想对一般的思想政治教育设置了较大的障碍,使得较好地解决该问题或者成功转化“后进生”变得非常困难。针对这个问题,本文详细分析了高职院校“后进生”的形成原因及其心理特点,提出了从班主任自身以及从情感上、心理上、思想上、学习上来解决“后进生”教育转化问题的具体方案。
