近年来的研究表明,脂质过氧化物(Lipid Peroxides,简称LPO)在休克、创伤、器官缺血及缺血/再灌流损伤、白内障等病理过程中均起着重要作用。因此,测定体内LPO的水平对于了解自由基与疾病的关系有着一定的意义。 目前,组织和血清LPO的测定大多采用硫代巴比妥酸荧光法,本文介绍采用三氯甲烷-甲醇混合液抽提,以硫酸奎宁为标准荧光强度的另一种生物组织中LPO的荧光测定方法。
In recent years, studies have shown that Lipid Peroxides (LPO) play an important role in pathological processes such as shock, trauma, organ ischemia and ischemia / reperfusion injury and cataract. Therefore, the determination of the level of LPO in vivo understanding of the relationship between free radicals and disease has a certain significance. At present, the measurement of tissue and serum LPO mostly adopts the thiobarbituric acid fluorescence method. This article describes the fluorescence of LPO in another biological tissue extracted with chloroform-methanol mixture and labeled with quinine sulfate as the standard fluorescence intensity test methods.
