本文介绍了催化加氢制备4-氨基二苯胺反应液的反相高效液相色谱分析的新方法。探讨了流动相组成对原料,溶剂和产物分离的影响;日内和日间的各3次测定,其相对标准偏差均≤1.70%,4-氨基二苯胺的回收率为97.8%~103.7%。
In this paper, a new method of reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography for the catalytic hydrogenation of 4-aminodiphenylamine was described. The effects of mobile phase composition on the separation of raw materials, solvents and products were discussed. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were all ≤ 1.70% for 3 determinations during the day and day, and the recoveries for 4-aminodiphenylamine were 97.8% -103.7%.
