随着我国核电事业的发展及核恐怖袭击的潜在危害,核安全形势日益得到重视。提高核应急救援反应能力已成为我国核应急救援领域亟待解决的问题。国外发达国家采用信息化手段辅助核应急救援,在核应急救援的快速响应中起到了重要的作用。该文阐述了国外发达国家及我国核应急救援信息化建设的现状,特别是对我国核应急救援信息化建设的需求进行了分析,就提高核应急救援的信息化水平提出相应的措施建议。
With the development of China’s nuclear power industry and the potential damage caused by the nuclear terrorist attacks, the nuclear security situation has drawn increasing attention. Improving nuclear emergency response capability has become an urgent problem to be solved in the field of nuclear emergency rescue in our country. Developed countries in the world use information technology to assist nuclear emergency rescue and play an important role in the rapid response of nuclear emergency rescue. This paper expounds the current situation of the information construction of nuclear emergency rescue in developed countries and our country, especially the demand for the information construction of nuclear emergency rescue in our country, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the informationization level of nuclear emergency rescue.
