现阶段我国电力企业施行的专业技术人员激励机制中是存在一定的问题的,从而也就会在我国电力企业发展进程向前推进的过程中起到一定程度的阻碍性作用,笔者依据实际工作经验及相关文献资料的记载,针对电力企业施行的专业技术人员激励机制中存在的问题记性分析,并在此基础之上提出电力企业专业技术人员激励机制施行的过程中应当注意到的问题,希望可以在今后相关的工作人员对这个问题进行分析的时候起到一定程度的借鉴性作用,最终在我国社会经济发展进程向前推进的过程中起到一定程度的促进性作用。
