定期举办公开教学活动是现阶段幼儿园教育教学研究工作的一种客观需要。教研员如何将新《纲要》蕴涵的终身教育、以人为本、生态教育等众多新理念融入到公开教学活动中,并对其进行必要的改进和改革,是一个值得研究的问题。 一、变革组织与指导公开教学活动的方式。 1.调动执教单位的积极性,变被动应付为主动申办。现在的许多公开教学活动是命令式、任务式的,幼儿园的验收、评比、升级都需要查看开放情况记录。开放的形式有阶段式的教学汇报、某一课题的终端成果展示、外单位的观摩学习等等,这些活动多数有行政命令的味道,幼儿园
