我院于1986年,对足月死婴鼻腔呼吸粘膜及慢性肥厚性鼻炎、鼻息肉的上皮细胞进行电镜扫描观察,现报道于后。 材料与方法 一、材料的采取及制备 1、足月死婴鼻腔粘膜的采取:由于成人正常鼻腔粘膜难以获得,我们选10例新鲜足月死婴,在死后立即将其呼吸区(下鼻甲)之鼻粘膜,作为正常鼻腔粘膜标本(因足月死婴的鼻腔粘膜尚未接触空气,故考虑其尚属正常)。
