自村民自治制度实施以来,它有效地促进了农村社会的稳定与发展以及我国基层民主化进程,但在现实实践中却面临许多困境。认真分析当前的困境,探求治理对策,对于村民自治的发展具有重要意义。
Since the implementation of the system of self-government by villagers, it has effectively promoted the stability and development of rural society and the process of grassroots democratization in our country. However, it has faced many difficulties in practice. A careful analysis of the current predicament and exploration of governance strategies are of great significance to the development of villager autonomy.
