本文讨论通过低次泛音振荡—倍频方法实现的高频温度补偿晶体振荡器,分析解决了高频温补振荡器设计中的若干个关键性问题。文中以128.466MHz为例,给出了温补晶振的实验结果。
This article discusses the low frequency harmonic overtone - frequency method to achieve high-frequency temperature compensation crystal oscillator, analysis and solve the high frequency oscillator temperature compensation design of a number of key issues. Taking 128.466MHz as an example, the experimental results of temperature-compensated crystal oscillator are given.
