最近天满照郎等人对于锗—邻苯二酚络合物在高氯酸介质中的吸附波进行了研究,当控制一定pH值时,具有较高灵敏度。我们在上述资料的基础上进行了探讨。发现锗—邻苯二酚络合物不但在高氯酸底液中有很高的灵敏度,在硫酸、盐酸—氯化钾、乙酸—乙酸钠等底液中亦有同样效果,而且灵敏度比高氯酸底液略高。为了控制最高灵敏度的pH值,我们选用盐酸—氯化钾—乙酸作为底液,在此底液中,最低可测至每毫升0.005微克锗。
Recently, Manchuria et al. Studied the adsorption wave of germanium-pyrocatechol complex in perchloric acid medium, and had higher sensitivity when controlling certain pH value. We have discussed on the basis of the above information. It has been found that germanium-pyrocatechol complex not only has high sensitivity in perchlorate base solution, but also has the same effect in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid-potassium chloride, acetic acid-sodium acetate, Chloramphenicol slightly higher. In order to control the maximum sensitivity of the pH, we use hydrochloric acid - potassium chloride - acetic acid as the bottom of the liquid, in the bottom liquid, measured as low as 0.005 micrograms per milliliter germanium.
