1992年上海市区县档案局馆的主要工作是进一步贯彻实施《档案法》和《档案法实施办法》,把依法治档引向深入;继续开展区县档案馆的升级工作;加强对区县机关和乡镇街道档案工作的指导和监督;继续加强科技档案管理工作,抓好城乡集体企业档案、重点工程项目档案和农村科技档案的管理工作。这是从1992年1月21—24日在杨浦区醒池酒家召开的上海市区县档案局馆长会议上传出的信息。与会的21个区县的档案局馆长们听取了宝山区等10个区县的档案工作经验介绍,交流了对上海市八五计划纲要的建议和意见,并着重就如何进一步贯彻实
