网上书店作为大学生购买书籍的主要载体,有着实体店无可比拟的优势,对大学生的学习和生活产生了深刻的影响。文章从大学生的购买需求出发,对其在购书过程中的状况进行调查研究,探究其关注点以及满意度,采用SPSS分析工具进行描述统计分析,找出目前购书网站的改进空间,并提出相应的策略。
Online bookstore, as the main carrier of college students to buy books, has the incomparable advantages of the store, has a profound impact on the study and life of college students. Based on the purchase demand of undergraduates, this article investigates and studies the situation in the course of purchasing books, investigates its concerns and satisfaction degree, and uses SPSS analysis tools to describe and analyze the statistical analysis to find out the improvement space for the current purchase of books websites, and puts forward corresponding Strategy.
