目的探析步态训练在脑瘫下肢功能康复训练中的应用效果。方法选取许昌市人民医院2015年2月—2016年1月收治的96例脑瘫患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为2组,每组48例,对照组采用康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以强化步态训练,观察两组患儿粗大功能、平衡能力及步行功能改善情况。结果两组患儿经完成1疗程康复训练治疗,GMFM D区、E区评分和BBS评分及跨步长、步速较治疗明显增高(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分增高程度及跨步长、步速增高程度和布宽降低程度较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论步态训练不仅可促进脑瘫患儿下肢功能的康复,也可提高患儿下肢行走的能力,效果显著,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of gait training on functional rehabilitation of lower extremities with cerebral palsy. Methods Ninety-six children with cerebral palsy who were treated in Xuchang People’s Hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 were divided into two groups (n = 48 in each group) by random number table method. The control group was treated with rehabilitation. In the control group, Based on the group to be strengthened gait training, observation of two groups of children’s gross function, balance ability and improvement of walking function. Results After one course of rehabilitation training, the scores of GMFM D, E, BBS, stride length and pace in GMFM group were significantly higher than those in the treatment group (P <0.05) The length of the step, the increase of the pace and the degree of width reduction were more significant than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Gait training can not only promote the rehabilitation of lower extremity function in children with cerebral palsy, but also improve the ability of walking in lower limbs of children with significant effect, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
