在当前新形势下,随着我国高校体制改革不断深化,高校不断扩大的办学规模和有限的建设资金之间的矛盾日渐突出,加强高等学校财务管理显得尤为关键。为此,本文结合相关数据,对当前高校财务管理存在的典型问题进行了剖析,然后结合国外经验,有针对性地提出了一系列改善高校财务管理工作的建议,以期提高高校财务管理工作水平和效率,从而推动高校长远发展。
