高模量沥青混合料是近年来中国研究的热点之一。该文采用20号沥青及法国高模量沥青混合料设计方法进行了HMAC-20C及HMAC-20F两种级配混合料的配合比设计,采用高模量沥青混合料试验方法对两种混合料的车辙敏感性、动态模量及疲劳特性进行了研究,并与SBS改性沥青混合料的模量及疲劳性能进行了对比。结果表明:两种级配20号沥青混合料水稳定性及抗车辙性能优异、抗疲劳性能优良、动态模量均显著高于SBS改性沥青混合料,相对而言HMAC-20C具有更好的综合性能,表明沥青种类对混合料的模量及疲劳性能均有显著影响,而级配对模量具有较大影响。
High modulus asphalt mixture is one of the hot spots in China in recent years. In this paper, the mix design of two grades of HMAC-20C and HMAC-20F was designed by using asphalt 20 and French high-modulus asphalt mixture design method. The high-modulus asphalt mixture test method was used to test the two kinds of mixture The rutting sensitivity, dynamic modulus and fatigue properties were studied and compared with the modulus and fatigue properties of SBS modified asphalt mixture. The results show that the two grades of No.220 asphalt mixture have excellent water stability and rutting resistance, excellent fatigue resistance and dynamic modulus significantly higher than that of SBS modified asphalt mixture, while HMAC-20C has better The comprehensive performance indicates that the asphalt type has a significant effect on the modulus and fatigue properties of the mixture, while the grading has a greater impact on the modulus.
