目的了解滨城区基层医疗机构医用器械致病菌污染状况,为基层医疗机构医用器械消毒监测和预警提供科学依据。方法 2009-2012年采集滨城区基层医疗机构医用器械等样品986份,对沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、溶血性链球菌、变形杆菌等5种常见医用器械致病菌进行监测分析。结果 986份样品中检出致病菌92株,总检出率9.3%。2009-2012年医疗器械污染致病菌检出率分别为21.3%、10.5%、7.3%和3.8%。牙手机的污染情况最为严重,检出率为15.7%;其次是治疗台表面,检出率为11.3%,手术镊子、医护人员手表面、无菌器械保存液的检出率分别为9.6%、9.0%和0.7%。结论溶血性链球菌、变形杆菌对滨城区医用器械的污染普遍存在,治疗台桌面、牙手机的污染将会导致医源性感染。
Objective To understand the pathogenic bacteria contamination of medical devices in primary medical institutions in Bincheng district and provide a scientific basis for the disinfection monitoring and early warning of medical devices in primary medical institutions. Methods A total of 986 samples of medical equipment from primary medical institutions in Bincheng District were collected from 2009 to 2012. Five common pathogenic bacteria of medical devices such as Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, hemolytic streptococcus and Proteus were monitored and analyzed. . Results Ninety-nine pathogenic bacteria were detected in 986 samples with a total detection rate of 9.3%. The detection rates of medical device-contaminated pathogens from 2009 to 2012 were 21.3%, 10.5%, 7.3% and 3.8% respectively. Tooth cell phone was the most polluted, the detection rate was 15.7%; followed by the treatment table surface, the detection rate was 11.3%. Surgical tweezers, the surface of medical staff, sterile equipment preservation solution detection rate was 9.6% 9.0% and 0.7%. Conclusion The hemolytic streptococcus and proteobacteria are common to the medical equipment in Bincheng District. The contamination of desktop and dental handpiece will lead to iatrogenic infection.
