分析了某型号空调Ⅱ型壁挂板的形状特点,提出三个工艺方案,进一步比较并确定了工艺流程：剪切下料→落料与冲孔复合→翻边→起伏成形→冲孔与叠边复合→打标记→检验。设计了冲孔与叠边的复合模具,并阐述了模具的工作原理。全部工作采用计算机2D、3D辅助设计。
