保密科研是提升保密技术水平、增强保密创新能力的重要手段。2011年,国家保密局成立保密科研项目工作委员会(以下简称项目委),作为保密科研项目管理工作的领导机构,下设办公室(以下简称项目办)负责项目委的日常工作。一年多以来,通过完善规章制度、强化全程管理,进一步提高了保密科研项目管理的科学化、规范化水平。近期,项目办负责同志就保密科研有关问题接受了记者的专访。记者:请您谈谈保密科研工作的主要作用。负责同志:当前,保密工作
