通过深入研究某矿建下固体充填工作面矿压显现规律,进一步分析了充填采场覆岩移动规律,并通过建立力学简化模型来分析充填支架与围岩的关系,直接顶和基本顶由于受到固体充填体的支撑作用,直接顶的初次垮落步距增大,采场周期来压现象不明显,但仍有周期来压现象,且来压步距增大,从而合理确定充填液压支架的工作阻力。研究成果为充填支架选型提供依据,也促进了固体充填开采工艺的发展。
By studying the regularity of underground pressure in solid filling face under a certain mine, the law of overlying strata movement in filling stope is further analyzed, and the relationship between filling bracket and surrounding rock is analyzed through the establishment of mechanics simplified model. The effect of solid filling body, the direct caving step of the first caving step increases, but the phenomenon of periodic pressure in the stope is not obvious, but there is still periodic pressure to increase the pressure step, Work resistance. The research results provide the basis for selection of filling stents and also promote the development of solid filling mining technology.
