调动员工积极性是管理激励的主要功能,企业在任何发展阶段,都要高度重视对员工的激励,并结合本企业自身情况综合运用多种激励机制,不断提高企业竞争力和生存能力。职工是企业的主人,是物质财富的创造者,他们的积极性和创造性是企业发展的源泉和动力。如何最大限度地调动员工的工作热情并发挥其潜能,促进他们为企业的发展献计献策,是人力资源管理部门面前的一个重要课题。只有职工的积极性提高了,组织效率才会提高,企业才能有更大的发展。
To mobilize the enthusiasm of employees is the main function of management incentives. Enterprises should attach great importance to the motivation of employees at any stage of development.
