目的:研究香椿树皮的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析、反相硅胶柱层析及半制备高效液相色谱等技术对香椿树皮的石油醚部位和乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,运用波谱分析技术分离鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从香椿树皮95%乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:桦木酸甲酯(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、没食子酸乙酯(3)、(9S,10E,16R)-9,16-dihydroxyoctadec-10-ene-12,14-diyn-1-yl acetate(4)、(2E,6E,10E)-3,7,11,15-tetramethylhexadeca-2,6,10-triene-1,14,15-triol(5)、gedunin(6)、protoxylocarpin D(7)、holstinone B(8)、7-deacetoxy-7α-hydroxygedunin(9)。结论:化合物1、7、8为首次从香椿属植物中分离得到,化合物1、4、5、7、8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of bark of Toona sinensis Methods: The petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions of Toona sinensis bark were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from 95% ethanolic extracts of Toona sinensis bark and identified as betulinic acid methyl ester (1), β-sitosterol (2), ethyl gallate (3), (9S, , 16R) -9,16-dihydroxyoctadec- 10-ene-12,14-diyn-1-yl acetate (4), (2E, 6E, 10E) -3,7,11,15-tetramethylhexadeca-2,6, 10-triene-1,14,15-triol (5), gedunin (6), protoxylocarpin D (7), holstinone B (8), 7-deacetoxy-7α-hydroxygedunin (9). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 7 and 8 were isolated from Toona spp. For the first time. Compounds 1, 4, 5, 7 and 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
