在金属熔融三维直写技术过程中,送丝过程能否顺利进行将直接影响到最终成形件的品质。针对成形过程中常出现送丝不稳定的问题,分析了喷头中金属丝的受力情况。研究结果表明:通过减小送丝速度、喷头加热区长度、缩颈部分流道长度,以及增大缩颈部分流道直径的方法,可以有效降低喷头中丝材所受到的沿程阻力。同时通过直写单道实验证明,当喷头内总的流动阻力越小时,直写单道实验结果越好。
In the process of metal melting three-dimensional direct write technology, the smooth progress of the wire feeding process will directly affect the quality of the final molded parts. Aiming at the problem of unstable wire feeding in the forming process, the force of the wire in the nozzle is analyzed. The results show that the resistance of the wire in the nozzle can be effectively reduced by reducing the wire feeding speed, the length of the heating zone of the nozzle, the length of the neck of the neck, and increasing the diameter of the neck of the neck. At the same time, by writing a single pass experiment, it is proved that when the total flow resistance in the nozzle is smaller, the result of the straight-write single-pass experiment is better.
