目的:探讨全面性护理干预对普外科住院患者血流动力学指标、负面情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:宁波市中医院于2016年1月开始针对普外科住院患者实施全面性护理干预,以实施前后1年分别设为对照组和观察组,比较两组患者HR、SBP、SAS评分、SDS评分、WHO-QOL评分及护理满意度。结果:两组患者麻醉前HR和SBP水平均显著高于术前1d(P<0.05),观察组麻醉前HR和SBP水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者麻醉前SAS评分和SDS评分均显著高于术前1d(P<0.05),观察组麻醉前SAS评分和SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后WHO-QOL评分显著低于术前(P<0.05),观察组患者术后WHO-QOL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全面性护理干预用于普外科住院患者可有效降低血流动力学指标波杜,减轻负面情绪,改善日常生活质量,并有助于建立和谐护患关系。
Objective: To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on hemodynamics, negative emotions and quality of life in general surgery inpatients. Methods: From January to January 2016, Ningbo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine started a comprehensive nursing intervention for general inpatients in general surgery. The control group and observation group were set up as control group and observation group respectively one year before and after implementation. HR, SBP, SAS score and SDS score , WHO-QOL score and nursing satisfaction. Results: The levels of HR and SBP before anesthesia were significantly higher in both groups than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the levels of HR and SBP in the observation group before anesthesia were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). SAS score and SDS score of the observation group before anesthesia were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The postoperative WHO-QOL scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group The WHO-QOL score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05) before surgery (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention for general inpatients can effectively reduce hemodynamic parameters Podu, reduce negative emotions, improve the quality of daily life, and help to establish a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
