斜齿轮齿廓曲面是一种复杂的螺旋曲面,为满足齿面接触强度分析的精度要求,基于B样条曲面造型原理在ANSYS中建立了精确齿面的斜齿轮实体模型,并对某矿用减速器斜齿轮有限元模型进行了静接触分析,得到了斜齿轮副接触状态和应力大小的一般规律,同时验证了基于B样条方法建立的齿廓曲面的可靠性和精确性。
In order to meet the precision requirement of tooth surface contact strength analysis, helical gear profile surface is a kind of complex helical surface. Based on the principle of B-spline surface modeling, an accurate solid helical gear model is established in ANSYS. The static contact analysis of the helical gear reducer helical gear was carried out. The general rule of contact state and stress of the helical gear pair was obtained. At the same time, the reliability and accuracy of the tooth profile surface established by B - spline method were verified.
